Foam Parties are created with the use a foam machine and special purpose foam fluid, which together create loads of soft, fun foam. The foam makes a fantastic, different fun way to party in a club venue. The use of this machine in a nightclub or party venue creates absolutely the wildest and most fun parties on earth!!!

Some of the biggest clubs from around the world run foam parties as a special promotion and a change from their normal club activities. The biggest foam parties worldwide currently run in Ibiza, London, Los Angeles, New York, Cyprus and in the Greek Islands.

What We Do

When we run a party we want it to be the biggest and best party our venues have ever seen!!!

This is what we do for our clients

Using our own staff and promotional materials, we promote the party around the local area, to ensure the venue is absolutely, 100% full!!

We bring the machine, foam fluid and all associated equipment to the venue on the day of the party, and using our professional staff set up the venue so it is ready for the evening kick off. You can even choose between our two machines - The Foam Monster - the highest output foam machine available (great for BIG parties) - or the foam cannon - used to spray the foam over the entire dancefloor!!

We install low level fencing to contain the foam to a particular area, such as the dancefloor.

During the party we provide staff to assist the management of door sales, to operate the machine, and assist in the clean up at the end of the party.

We guarantee the venue and the party-going customers the best party of their lives!!

Promoting The Party

For each foam party we will dedicate a team of trained promoters to ensure we FILL the venue.

The team "invite" groups of young, fun, good-looking guys and girls to come to our party. The promoters do this by speaking to partygoers in hostels and other busy places such as shopping malls, transport stations, beaches and other busy areas. The promoter shows them great photos of previous parties and gives them a personalised invitation (we fill in the customers names).

In addition we will promote the party inside your venue during busy nights prior to the party.

The invitations contain all the information about the party, the cost and the venue's details. The invitation also contains the individual promoter's name, as we pay the promoters by each invitation received at the venue on the night.

To make the parties even more guaranteed fun - we also keep track of who we invite as we promote - so to make sure our party is around 50:50 guys and girls.

In addition we use posters placed strategically in areas frequented by our target customers to ensure the event is well publicised.

Finally we also provide free VIP invitations to all the staff and retail workers throughout the local area who have contact with our potential customers - to ensure they have experienced and are very positive on the Foam Party event and they will then pass on their positive feelings to our target customers.

How it works

The Foam - the foam fluid is specifically designed and made in Germany for the purpose of foam parties. The foam is non-irritant to the skin or eyes, will not damage clothes or flooring materials, has no odour and is not slippery or sticky (unlike soap). We also have Dermatological test data regarding its safety for general use.

Water - Once the fluid is turned into foam only about 5% of the foam will become liquid as it dissolves. The rest will remain as foam and evaporate or be carried out on peoples clothing.

Customers’ Clothes - People partying in the foam will experience a humid, or dampness on their clothing, depending on how long they remain in the foam and where they are standing relative to the machine. The foam will not damage or discolour clothes.

Broken Glass - as an important safety factor we ask the venue to serve all beverages in plastic cups (if possible) so as to prevent any injury from broken glass. Alternatively, if we operate a specific 'foam area', security must ensure no glass is carried into this area.

Electricity - we have confirmed with Energy Australia that indoor operation of a foam machine is within regulations

Insurance - you will need to confer with your insurance Company yourself, however we will be happy to speak with them regarding the foam and its characteristics. We also have our own insurance for each party

Clean-Up - the best way to clean up after a foam party is by removing as much of the bulk of the foam outside and cleaning up the floor with a wet vacuum. In a warm environment the foam will disappear within 3-4 hours.

Which Nights - you select which night you wish to have the party

Extra Services

After a party we can provide video footage and still photographs to you upon request and at no charge. We also post all our still photos on our website for access by your customers and for collection of customer data.
